“推文”惹祸？马斯克遭特斯拉股东起诉案开审******

　　据报道，马斯克曾在2018年发布推文称，他正在考虑以每股420美元的价格将特斯拉私有化，并补充道“资金已到位”，此言导致股价波动而遭股东控告。

　　事实证明，虽然马斯克当时确实曾与沙特主权财富基金的高管谈论过他将特斯拉私有化所需的资金，但这笔资金其实根本没“到位”。

　　马斯克的言论引发特斯拉股价剧烈震荡，股东认为马斯克行事鲁莽，害他们损失巨额资金，所以向法院提出诉讼。

　　马斯克的推文此前还引发了美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的民事诉讼，SEC要求高管说实话以保护投资者，并试图剥夺马斯克作为特斯拉CEO的职位。但SEC最终与马斯克达成和解，马斯克和特斯拉各自支付2000万美元的罚款，马斯克还放弃了公司董事长头衔，保留CEO的头衔。
